31st Death Anniversary of Babu Jagjivan Ram observed at DPCC head office

Paying tributes to Congress leader Babu Jagjivan Ram, on his 31st death anniversary, DPCC (Delhi Predesh Congress Committee) president, Ajay said that his methods of works should inspire all of us.
“Babu ji upheld the true meaning of ‘Jai Jawan Jai Kisan’ by his extra-ordinary leadership methods,” Maken said. “While being a union Agriculture Minister, he brought revolution in the sector. And when he was defence minister, how he dealt with 1971 war is exemplary.”
The event to mark Jagjivan Ram’s anniversary was held at the DPCC head office in New Delhi. A large number of Congress workers and supporters attended the function.
