On 21/07/2015 at about 1200 hrs. CISF officials on suspicion handed over a complaint along with 7 Nepalese pax (girls)  to AFRRO mentioning therein that these passengers were found in transit area and on verbal enquiry could not replied satisfactorily and requested thereby to check documents i.e. passports, VISAs and boarding passes. Immigration officials enquired the matter and gave a complaint alleging therein that these 7 Nepalese girls who were arrived as domestic passengers from Ahmadabad by Flight No. AI 011 on 20/07/2015 and tried to cheat Indian Immigration with active connivance of Air India staff namely Manish Gupta and Kapil Kumar who issued boarding passes for flight No. AI 995 (destination Dubai, departure date 21/07/2015 and boarding time 2000 hrs.) were issued on 20/07/2015 at about 2137-2140 hrs. But as per Immigration existing procedure a pax arriving by domestic flight and intended to travel abroad needs to obtain the departure Immigration clearance from departing Airport. By issuing the boarding passes for flight No. AI 995 without proper checking of Immigration stamps required for departure and endorsing “T” (transit) manually with ball pen, the above employee of Air India SATS facilitated the pax to slip of the departure of the Immigration clearance to board the flight directly.  Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 318/2015 dated 21/07/2015 U/S 420/468/471/120B/34 IPC PS IGI Airport, New Delhi was registered.
