AAP welcomes Delhi High Court’s verdict over office allotment issue

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday set aside an order of the Lieutenant Governor (LG) Anil Baijal cancelling the allotment of office, to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and following the verdict, senior AAP leader Raghav Chadha welcomed the decision and said that, its a historic decision and showcased the power of democracy.

Congress has five offices and BJP has seven offices in the capital, however ruling party of the state has only one office, which was also under doubtful condition, he added.

Justice Vibhu Bakhru handed the matter back to LG Anil Baijal to provide a reasoned order within eight weeks.
