China has emerged as an economic super power, there is a discord among traditional allies and alliances. There is populism everywhere and world is becoming asia centric in terms of economic and military pivot.”

He also talked about replacing seniority with merit based bureaucracy and engaging with Russia and China with a fresh new perspective.

He concluded by saying that there is new geopolitical order, the traditional leaders and institutions are struggling to maintain world order, this has generated opportunity for new leadership..
