Ahead of ODI World Cup for Blind, Ajay Jadeja extends best wishes!

New Delhi: After almost a month of practice in Bengaluru, the Indian Blind Cricket Team is all set to play the ODI World Cup for the Blind, scheduled to be held in Pakistan and Dubai from January 7 to 21.
On Thursday in New Delhi, Samarthanam and Cricket Association For the Blind in India (CABI) held a press conference to Give best wishes to indian blind cricket Team Ahead of their worldcup campaign. Samarthanam is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) that works to empower the visually impaired and disabled since 1997 bringing about progress in socio-economic-cultural fronts. Founded by Mahantesh GK, a visually challenged individual who set forth a vision of empowering the visually impaired, disabled, marginalized people in India.
Ex-Indian Cricketer Ajay Jadeja called Indian cricket team for the blind to bring glory to the nation.
“This talented Indian blind team has seven all-rounders. I saw these guys train recently, and it was amazing to see them dive, make direct hits and hit big sixes. I am sure that they will bring laurels to our country by retaining the World Cup, Said Jadeja.
The Indian team goes to the 5th ODI World Cup for the Blind to be jointly hosted by United Arab Emirates and Pakistan as the defending champion.
