Akshay Kumar, Parineeti Chopra and Anurag Singh promotes Kesari in New Delhi

New Delhi: Kesari Movie Starcast, Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra along with
Director Anurag Singh Witnessed in Delhi today for the promotion of their upcoming film based on the true story of one of the bravest battles that India ever fought – the Battle of Saragarh.

Amidst all the buzz, the star of the film Akshay Kumar dedicated Kesari to Bharat ke Veer, an initiative launched to help the soldiers and their families.

Speaking to Media, Khiladi Kumar, said,
“The people in India are not aware of the legendary battle and children need to watch this film”. Akshay will be seen essaying the role of Havildar Ishar Singh of Saragarhi, where an army of 21 Sikhs fought against 10,000 Afghans.

Parineeti Chopra who will be sharing space with Akshay Kumar in the period action flick, she said that her role is quite small. Parineeti further said she agreed to be part of Akshay Kumar’s Kesari despite the limited screen time because she wanted Kesari to be part of her filmography.
