AKTU declares result for UPSEE 2018, Noida boy scores first rank

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University has declared the results of UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance  Examination) 2018 for admission in engineering institutes on Wednesday. Aditya singh of Noida has topped the exam by securing 572 marks in the examination. At the same time, Amok Verma of the city has secured seventh place in this category. 91.75 percent of the students have passed the examination.

Aditya Singh a student of Lotus Valley School stays in sector -50 along with his parents and a younger sister . His father use to work as a Senior Director in Adobe Company and his mother Archana singh is a Home maker.

Aditya said that he studied for 4 to 5 hours a day regularly and focused on important subjects. He also said that he had a hunch that he might get good rank but being able to top the entrance examination was not even in his dreams. For now all his focus is over engineering, after BTech he may try for civil services as his grandfather is an IAS officer.

On being asked whether he would take admission in AKTU or wait for the JEE advance results he says he would prefer IIT as it is a better option for studies.

Apart from studies he loves reading books, playing games, and also have interest in playing  piano and guitar. He gave all credits to his parents for all his success and has thanked them for providing a stress free environment.

As a tip to other students he said that students should not only focus on studies alone and must try to relax and indulge in other activities as well.
