Arvind & Jethmalini issue is very amateur: Manoj Gorkela Advocate

Intro: Today, we have with us Advocate, Mr. Manoj Gorkela, vice-chairman Lawyers of the World Association. He was appointed as youngest lawyer (additional standing counsel Government of India in year 2005 and known as most hardworking young lawyer. Apart from that, he is an excellent swimmer and shooter, won many medals in these sports.

While, talking to Ten News team, he spoke about judiciary of India and some other legal issues.

TN: Recently, it has come to light that Arvind Kejriwal paid over 4crore of Jethmalini’s fees in Jaitley defamation through government fund. What do you have to say on legal and ethical aspect of this?

MG: Its very amateur type of issue, Arvind being a Chief Minister of Delhi should talk logically and practically. I don’t think it’s a matter of importance and vitality. All the people concerned with it should, talk sensibly.
