OPINION: Aam Aadmi Party was elected to power in 2015 with creating another history in politics.

67 seats out of 70, not only the people of Delhi were astonished but the whole nation. AK has proved what Napoleon Bonaparte said ,”Impossible is a word to be found only in the dictionary of fools… Victory belongs to the most persevering.”

AK was then predicted to be a game changer and the people knotted a belief that this former IRS will bring a revolution in Indian politics.

There were days when AK was successful in binding the nation especially the people of Delhi in his narrative.

Even before the formation of Aam Aadmi Party, AK’s voice sparked every single person to come out on streets and to protest against corruption.

“India Against Corruption”, the movement then led by Kejriwal and Anna Hazare was successful in throwing UPA’s Government out of power with 44 seats in 2014 LS elections as compared to 206 seats in 2009 Lok Sabha elections.

After tasting enormous victory in last Delhi assembly elections, AK’s government launched various initiatives that were praised all over the world including Mohalla Clinics.

AK has transformed the educational infrastructure in Delhi’s government schools, as of now, Delhi’s government schools are no less in competition with private schools.

On the other hand, AAP’s cheif knows that the developments of his government in past four years are not enough to reap votes that can put all seven Lok Sabha seats of Delhi in Aam Aadmi Party’s pocket and the leader is trying every possible way to form an alliance with Congress.

The formation of alliance doesn’t guarantee a clean sweep in Delhi but affects the political appearance of the leader.

The alliance will let the people of Delhi of Delhi to stay away from the alliance in upcoming elections which will directly benefit the rivalry party BJP.

Other than that it is not easy for the people of Delhi to digest this alliance as Kejriwal was used to oppose the Congress party and also leveled them with alleged allegations of corruption, the leader also said that the former CM Sheila Dixit will be in jail as his party comes to power.

Is AK is looking keen to adjust with his political rivals to save his political pillar?
