Authority gets lenient with Builders, to give full tower completion on 15% no-dues payment !

Noida and Greater Noida Authority have shown leniency towards builders and have offered to give completion certificate of whole tower on 15% payment itself.

The rest of 85% payment will have to be given in installment.

As per sources, the decision was taken after a 4 hour long meeting between 30 builders and CEO.

The decision has been taken to offer earliest relief to the aggrieved home buyers of the region who have been struggling for long.

The completion policy of Authority has been altered keeping in view the increasing resolve of Yogi government to end builder-buyer logjam.

Reportedly, It has also been decided that builders who still do not apply for completion certificate may face strict action by the authorities.
