Speaking at second edition of #FinTechX , Rahul Parikh, CEO of Bajaj Capital said, “I don’t believe digital and physical aren’t exactly two different things. We have to be just client oriented and leave the choice on him. What digital does really well is it breaks the access barrier”.
He further said, “Digital has various shades which also require trust and relationships”.
Insisting on the importance of human intervention Rahul said, “The rational part can’t be controlled digitally but emotional part where one needs to understand when to sell or when not, it is human intervention that matters”.
Emphasizing on the need of automated advisory system he said, “Robo-advisory is working towards simplify the discovery process. Most of the early investor want to remove the hassle and as we have seen in past majority of early investors entirely depend on auto-generalted advices”.
