BIMTECH’s AMALGAM Brought strat up stakeholders at one platform

BIMTECH Greater Noida today organised “Amalgam 2018 “ a joint venture of Government and private start-up Ecosystem enablers together. The event was jointly organized by UP government and Orissa Government. This initiative is first and one of its kind in country for now.

Chief Guest for the program was Greater Noida Authority CEO Partha Sarthi Sen Sharma who graced the event with his gracious presence. Program began with traditional lighting of lamp ceremony. Speaking at the event Partha Sarthi Sen Sharma said “ Every 7 or 8 start up will fail out of 10 and this is how Start work but in government funding every failure become a noted objection because no one is going to condone that failed funding. He also tried to explain the things by narrating a small story of a farmer and a king. He also quoted a quote “you cannot miss the things that you cannot imagine” from his novel love side by side.

 


Further he said that “The most important question that needed to be explained when you are in front of investor for your start up is why you are doing this start up? You have to explain this to your investor what is the thing that is prompting you to do this. Otherwise he might lose interest in your project.

 

Speaking at the event Director of BIMTECH Harivansh Chaturvedi said “that we had got this Atal Incubation center under Atal Innovation Mission it has one of its kind academia, industry, and government partnership incubation center. During this he also remembered Atal ji and said a day before yesterday we got very sad news and the whole country is in grief. But his life has given us the inspiration that what may come and go , we should always keep on working for this nation. At last he thanked Dr Abha Rishi and his team to be part of Amalgam 2018.

There after a 2 minute silence was kept in the memory of Ex PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Entrepreneurs who worked for setting up of the of Atal Incubation center were facilitated by the Deputy Director of BIMTECH Dr Anupam Verma. After that all the dignitaries on the dice were presented with a memento as a token of gratitude.
