BJP calls for MCD joint session on Jan 27, to tackle sealing menace

New Delhi: In a bid to deal with prevailing sealing menace in Delhi, the BJP Delhi wing has decided to hold a joint session of MCD on January 27, 2018, said Delhi-BJP chief and MP, Manoj Tiwari while addressing a press conference in North Avenue on Thursday.

He further said that we have also decided to file a mercy petition in the Supreme Court regarding the issue and request the court for 6 months extension to end the resolve the issue.
“To hammer out a permanent solution of this sealing menace, we have decided to hold a joint session of all MCD staffs, mayors and corporators on January 27 at MCD house.”
“We have also decided to file a mercy petition in the Supreme Court with the help of other related agencies and urge to the court for give six months extension to end this issue.”
While taking a jibe over the AAP’s demand to give two years time to end the issue, he said, “AAP is the power for last two years and he is demanding for another two to years, it is a joke.” The BJP is ready to head on with CM (Arvind Kejriwal) in this issue on January 27.
The AAP should stop blame game and calk out a solution to give immediate relief to the Delhities.
Replying to a question on all party meet to end this menace, he said, “We have urged to the Delhi LG Anil Baijal to hold all party meet on the issue but received no reply yet.”
