BJP wasted 10 years in MCD: Dileep Pandey, AAP leader.

Today in New Delhi, AAP leader Dileep Pandey, once again reiterated that, BJP has done nothing for Delhites for being in MCD for 10 years.
He further said that, being in MCD, BJP wasted several amount of capital for their own profit.
AAP if voted in power, will take total responsibility of the capital, he added.
