Broken Boundary Becomes Nightmarish for Express View Apartment Residents, Theft attempt foiled!

One of the major benefits of living in a gated community is a sense of safety. However Residents of Express View Apartment sector 93 have been lacking this necessary privilege for more than 17 months now.
The boundary wall of Express View Apartment Sector-93 remains broken from more than one and half year and several campaigns and applications in this regard has failed to yield any change on ground conditon.

Thief Caught Yesterday, Residents Demand Immediate Resolution

Exemplifying residents concerns, a thief was caught inside the society on intervening night of 3-4 October while attempting to break in to a vehicle inside the society. Taking benefit of the broken wall, the accused got easy access to the society and was luckily apprehended well on time by the vigilant private guards. Indeed society residents are still living in a fear of not being so lucky every time.

The large portions of broken boundary wall of the apartment is proving to be a safety disaster for over 800 families who currently reside in this complex.  Total number of residents in the complex is around 4000 including about 500 children and many more ladies. The broken boundary wall is proving to be a nightmare for the families who are constantly worried about the safety of there loved one’s even when inside the premises.

 

The boundary wall had collapsed last year following illegal encroachment and excavations on the outer perimeter of the society at lands belonging to Noida Authority. Residents claim to have given repeated plea to the authority official in this regard and have also attempted to seek attention of Noida legislator Pankaj Singh through social media campaigns.

Senior Authority Officials Visit Raised Hope:

Recently, Noida Authority OSD Rajesh Kumar Singh had also visited the area and have took stock of the situation. He has also assured the office bearers of the society to initiate action at the earliest.

Express View Apartment RWA Vice-President Tanmay Shankar said,  “We are thankful to the Noida OSD Rajesh Kumar Singh for acknowledging our grievance and visiting the site. We have been assured that an action plan for the same will be finalized by 5th October and the issue will be rectified at the earliest keeping in view the provisions of the authority in this regard. We are optimistically looking forward to an earliest action in this regard”.
