New Delhi: Ahead of 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, BJP led NDA in its last financial Budget announces relief for farmers.

BJP Chief Amit Shah addressed a press conference at his residence to explain the scheme that will help and benefit poor farmers in the country.

Addressing the press conference BJP Chief Amit Shah said, “I congratulate the nation, farmers, labourers, middle class and all other segments, the Prime Minister has fulfilled the expectations of his beloved nation, the farmers who have land less than two hectares will get a yearly sum of Rs 6000, the total amount will be credited directly to the bank account of farmers in 3 installments, however this will cost around Rs 70,000 to the exchequer.”

He further said, “Our government will always take the stand of our farmers, this step will help in doubling the income of famers, the farmers who don’t took loans will also get the benefit of this scheme. Waiving off loans of farmers is single time benefit, around 50% farmers of India don’t take loans will also get the benefit of this scheme, farmers will get the benefit of this scheme every year like MANREGA, this scheme will help farmers especially small scale and poor farmers to improve their farming potential.”

While Congress leader believes that this Budget is only a election manifesto. Question the sixth budget, Manish Tewari said, “I don’t understand why BJP is introducing 6th Budget in their 5 year of governance. This budget is just another election manifesto for the ruling party of India.”
