From cleanliness drive to transport nagar, Noida Authority makes multiple announcements

(13/07/2017) Noida : Chief Executive Officer of Noida Authority Amit Mohan Prasad today shared information about various forthcoming initiatives of this industrial authority.
Cleanliness Drive:
He said that a special cleanliness drive will be undertaken from 14th July to 12th August in which 4-5 sectors and 1-2 villages will be cleaned every day. Senior officers have also been assigned to monitor the task of cleaning.
Launch of Industrial Sector
CEO also announced that a news Industrial Sector-155 will be launched in first week of August. Given the regular demand of small and medium enterprises more focus will be on introducing small plots in good numbers in this scheme. There will be plots ranging between 450 metres to 20,000 metres. 112 plots in total will be launched under this scheme.
Transport Nagar Scheme to be re-launched
In August 1st week transport Nagar scheme will be launched in sector 69. On the behest of High Court investors who wanted to discontinue will be returned their money. Also people who wanted to continue from last scheme will be not charged processing fee.
Completion Certificate for Nine towers of Jaypee Projects
Authority CEO Amit Mohan Prasad today informed that inspection of 9 towers of Jaypee has been done and after due formalities Tower completion certificates may be issued by Monday.
Around 1,000 buyers will be relieved by this step. The projects for which these completion certificates will be issued are Jaypee Aman 5 towers, Jaypee classic 2 towers and Jaypee cosmic 2 towers.
CEO Amit Mohan also informed that efforts are on to get builder-buyer issue resolved on priority. Projects that have small dues have been given option of meeting with bank representatives and raising some capital. Five builders are also following this procedure.
