Congress Celebrates Party President Rahul Gandhi’s 48th Birthday in a Grand Manner!

New Delhi: Today Rahul Gandhi celebrates his 48th birthday and this is his first birthday since he took over the reins of the Congress party from his mother Sonia Gandhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished Congress president Rahul Gandhi on twitter, wishing him a long and healthy life.
As this was Rahul Gandhi’s first birthday post being the Congress president, party units, including the Youth Congress and Congress women wing, planned several events to commemorate his birthday.
With the great happiness Congress party members and workers also celebrated Congress Party Chief Rahul Gandhi’s birthday in a grand manner at AICC. Congress workers danced and expressed their love and admiration for Rahul Gandhi.
On the occasion of Gandhi’s birthday Delhi Youth Congress organized Delhi Marathon. Congress workers and well-known athletes and players participated in the marathon. Youth Congress named this marathon as ‘Run for Employment and Women’s Safety’. Marathon 5 started from the Indian Youth Congress office located at Raisina Road, to the Congress party.
