Delhi High Court questions new hotels consideration policy
The policy to consider new hotels to come up in the capital has been questioned by the Delhi high court.
Last week, a bench of acting chief justice Gita Mittal and Justice P S Teji issued notice to Centre, DDA and the three corporations among others, seeking their stand on a plea challenging a 2013 amendment to the Delhi Master Plan 2021.
