DIG Love Kumar leaves for 17th posting after a Grand Farewell at District Police Headquarters

A warm farewell was given to outgoing SSP, Gautam Budh Nagar. A farewell function was organized at SSP Surajpur by the police department where almost whole of the district police department remained present including SP Rural Suniti, SP city Noida, SP traffic Anil Jha as well as all circle officers.

During the farewell every one appreciated the tenure of Love Kumar and his way of function through which he holds a space in everyone’s heart.

Speaking at the event BN Singh DM Gautam Budh Nagar said that “All the people are happy for your (Love Kumar) promotion but the same time sad because of your transfer. You are very much professional, Humanitarian, sensitive and there are very few officers in government sector which have this kind of personality
Taking about his coordination with him was fantastic and I declare it Jodi No.1.

In his farewell speech Love Kumar thanked everyone personally and appreciated the working of his time. On a funny note he quoted the last day incident while interacting with media persons in a PC he said that this is a quite emotational moment for me as last time I am doing PC as SSP Gautam Budh Nagar. So a media person asked whether I feel to cry as it’s like a bride ideparting from home so I told him that this bride is not going for first time, it’s her 17th time so this bride doesn’t cry as she had became quite shameless by now”.

There after he told that “police officer can make good changes on district level policing on his own. Further he said this 11 month tenure of him was very good as police has been able to put a control over criminal activity in the district till a great extent. I received good cooperation with every one especially from DM and we shared a great bond on both professional and personal level. Now I am entering in a new phase and hope will get more opportunity to work with you in upcoming future and will try to keep myself in touch with all of you”.
