EXHIBITION EXCELLENCE AWARDS AT INDIA EXPO MART
Mr. Rakesh Kumar, one of the pioneers of Exhibition Industry and currently Chairman, India Exposition Mart Limited and Executive Director of Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts was conferred with “IRON MAN OF EXHIBITION INDUSTRY” by India’s leading monthly magazine show, organized by Exhibition Showcase on 18th March 2017 at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.
This was the second exhibition Excellence Awards that was held at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida. The event was supported by UFI, IAEE, IEIA, ICPB, IESA, IIA, ASME etc. This event was attended by 350 exhibition professionals across the Globe.
This annual event is meant to honour and provide recognition to the champions of International Exhibition Industry with the larger focus on India and inspire the industry to reach greater heights in the years to come. The nominations were handled by the international research firm ECON and an esteemed jury panel to make the process more transparent and fair.
This award is the latest in the series of the international and national awards being conferred upon Mr. Rakesh Kumar for his relentless contribution to make the industry and economy grow in India.
Considering the strength of Mr. Rakesh Kumar and the fact that he is currently Chairman of India Exposition Mart Ltd. has led IEML also to a position wherein they have walked away with two major awards, i.e. first runner up in the big venue and award for star venue in the country.
