Faculty Orientation Program organized at G L Bajaj Institute of Management & Research

GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research (GLBIMR), organized Faculty Orientation Program, for its Faculty members on the theme –“Pedagogical Innovations towards Academic Excellence”, on June 27, 2017.

GLBIMR is known for reinventing Management Education through pedagogical innovations and this orientation program was completely in sync with the same aim. The Orientation program was another brainchild of the visionary guidance of Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Group of Institutions and academic acumen of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General.

The agenda of the Program included rigorous brainstorming sessions for innovative pedagogy, value added certification courses, skill enhancement programs, research methodology included in summer internship & dissertation. Dr Makkar Shared that the orientation program focused on, sensitizing the faculty members on using advance technology in PGDM program delivery, resulting in overall globally oriented development, skill enhancement & employability of the students. This Orientation program witnessed meticulous discussions and reforms regarding the subject matter.
