FONRWA delegation meets CM Yogi, demands Gram Pradhan status for RWA Presidents, separate municipal division in NA!

FONRWA delegation comprising of FONRWA President N.P.Singh, Secreatry A.N. Dhawan, K.K. Jain, Suresh Krishnan, Vijay Bhati and Main Pal Singh Yadav met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at Lucknow and presented the essential common issues concerning Noida city.

The delegation members also apprised CM Yogi Adityanath about there long pending demand of recognizing and empowering the resident welfare associations of the city. In its representation to UP CM FONRWA highlighted that RWA’s serve as the link between residents and concerned appropriate authorities and hence further decentralization at the micro urban level is of prime importance. The association has demanded that RWA presidents be accorded the status of Gram Pradhan. It has also reiterated its demand for public representation in Noida board, establishment of Commissionerate in Gautam Buddha Nagar and conversion of Noida land into free hold.

FONRWA has also requested the CM to consider establishing a full-fledged maintenance division within Noida Authority to look after the maintenance of infrastructural facilities in the city.

The suggestions regarding expeditious and effective measures for Solid Waste Management in Noida were also given to CM Yogi Adityanath in form a memorandum.

After the meeting, Sanjeev Kumar from FONRWA informed that Chief Minister heard all the issues and said that he has constituted a committee comprising of three ministers namely Suresh Khanna, Satish Mahana and Suresh Rana, a report the committee is awaited and all these issues shall be duly considered in accordance there with.
