Gang of robbers tried every trick in book to evade arresting

Few days ago Greater Noida police had busted gang of iron rod thieves and had arrested 3 accuseds including Ravindar Nagar. Nagar who is the master mind of gang is also having a political background as his sister-in-law is Beban Nagar SP leader and had received Legislative assembly ticket for Jewar Legislative assembly.

During investigation it had come to light that the gang had 5 more members who used to conduct loot over weapons. Police is trying to nab them and if they will not receive success, a non bailable warrant will be issued against them.

Police is trying to break the  gang network and during the process they got to know that earlier due to alleged political support, police was not able to crack down on the gang. While taking action over the gang SSP Gautam Budh Nagar was offered 20 lakh as ransom and he was said to not to worry as media will also be managed by them.

On 19th June over an information passed by  police informer, Greater Noida police had nabbed three criminals from a road heading to sector 3 near Khairpur round about after exchange of fire with criminals. And  accused were identified as Ravi resident of Dankur, Rashid Ali a resident of district Hapur and Mahkai Nagar a resident of Dankur.

At that time Police had recovered 18 ton of iron rod that are used during construction and two country  made pistol from them.
