GAURSONS TO INVEST ₹150 CRORES TO BUILD LUXURIOUS TOWERS
Noida: Realty firm Gaursons Group, which has been into development of residential & commercial projects in Delhi/NCR, will invest ₹150 Crores to develop two luxurious towers called ‘Platinum Towers’ in Noida as the company expects better demand for luxurious dwellings with the decrease in supply in the segment.
The company recently launched two towers in Noida which will have total number of 52 homes divided in two towers including 26 homes each with ultra luxurious and modern amenities. The houses will be in the price range of Rs 2.29 crores onwards. Platinum Towers will be developed in sector 79, Noida and will be part of the Gaur Sportswood project which is spread across an area of 10 acres and houses 800 units.
“We have launched these 2 towers keeping in mind the dearth in supply of luxury homes in Noida. The towers would be built with modern technology and will be delivered within stipulated time period. The towers are in the vicinity of already developed project called Sportswood. The project is fully compliant with RERA and all approvals are in place for the two towers”, said Manoj Gaur, MD, Gaursons Group and Vice – President, CREDAI- National.
Talking about the funding, he said that the investments would be met through internal accruals. The company is going strong by each passing day and has been carefully investing money and stresses on timely construction & delivery which helps the group to sell their projects quite easily. In FY 14-15, the company had delivered over 14,000 units which constituted a major part of deliveries in NCR for that year. The group is currently developing over 12000 units and this year, over 5000 units will be offered for possession in multiple projects. The company is also planning to enter the domain of affordable housing and plans to develop 10,000 affordable housing units very soon.
