Government School Parents Teachers Meeting begins in Noida, MLA Pankaj Singh inspects initiative!

On behest of Noida MLA Pankaj Singh, Gautam Buddha Nagar district administration has initiated the concept of parents teachers meeting in government school. MLA Pankaj Singh few days back met DM BN Singh and requested him to initiate mandatory PTM’s in Noida schools for to enhance quality of education.

District administration made necessary preparations and released circulars in the for to conduct PTM’s in all government schools. In the same regard, the first Parents Teachers meetings took place today in all 685 government schools of Gautam Buddha Nagar.

Noida MLA Pankaj Singh today morning visited sector-12 primary school to take stock of ongoing PTM. He interacted with parents, students and teachers to know their feedback on the concept. Both teachers and parents expressed their delight over the concept and said that this initiative will ensure a two way communication between school and parents and would help in keeping a tab on children’s studies and all round development.

Speaking about the initiative MLA Pankaj Singh said, “It is great to witness that large number of parents are today visiting the school and interacting with the teachers to know the educational growth of their wards. We are sure tht these regular PTM’s would further enhance the quality of education in our government schools and children will be greatly benefited by the same”.

BSA Bal Mukund said, “Today parents teacher meetings are being organized in all 685 schools of the district and it will be quarterly exercise. All parents have been informed about the same by school authorities and we are witnessing great participation in this first phase itself”.

Parents at the school also looked excited for the meeting and said that these periodical interactions with teachers will further help them to monitor the growth of their kids and would be really helpful for their studies.
