Gretaer Noida Authority CEO meets builders, expresses displeasure over incomplete audit data!

Greater Noida Authority has begin with the audit of builders projects . On Monday Builders from 26 different projects were asked to attend meeting at authority with the details of all debit and credit transactions of their respective projects but six builders skipped the meeting. Remaining 20 builders also submitted uncompleted data of transactions to the CEO of Greater Noida Authority, Debashish Panda to which he indicated his anger and told them to submit complete data as soon as possible otherwise Authority will take strict actions them.
And a show cause notice has been issued to the builders who had skipped the meeting.

State government had directed authority to do audit of all the builders projects. From Lands allotted to builders to area of land, Number of constructed flats, how many remain to constructed, On the name of booking how much money is taken from buyers, how much money is spent on constructions of flats, how much amount has been submitted to Authority. All these information from around 203 builder projects in Greater Noida should be submitted to Authority otherwise action will be taken against them Said Authority CEO.
