#Haryana invites applications for allotment of 455 industrial plots
CHANDIGARH: In view of the persistent demand of multinational companies and domestic corporate for more industrial plots and to achieve the objective of providing industrial infrastructure for speedy industrialization, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has invited online applications for allotment of 455 industrial plots of different sizes under general category.
While stating this here today, Haryana Industries Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu said that these plots would be allotted at six strategic locations including Industrial Model Township (IMT),Manesar (Transport Hub), IMT Faridabad, IMT Bawal (Phase -II, III and IV, Industrial Estate (IE) Panipat, Industrial Estate, Narwana and Industrial Estate, Barhi (Phase –III). These are fully developed with world class infrastructure.
He said that it was for the first time that besides print media, the HSIIDC has extensively used social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin to ensure maximum participation and making aware the public about the scheme. The HSIIDC intends to build momentum on its social media campaign to ensure maximum transparency and efficiency of the application process by maximizing outreach to the public.
He said that to concede the demand of industrial houses, 139 plots of various sizes have been offered at IMT Faridabad, 83 at IMT Bawal, five at IMT Manesar, 112 at Industrial Estate Panipat, 70 at Industrial Estate, Narwana and 46 at Industrial Estate,Barhi. The details of the plots and applications forms could be downloaded from the website of HSIIDC www.hsiidc.org.in. The last date for receiving the applications complete in all respects with supporting documents along with earnest money and professing fee is April 11, 2016. The HSIIDC is committed to development of industrial infrastructure facilities in Haryana to enable prospective entrepreneurs to set up their units in the State. These allotments would bring a lot of industrial development in the area.
Capt. Abhimanyu said that this scheme envisaged multiple features intended to improve each applicant’s experience based on the Haryana Government’s ambitious Enterprise Promotion Policy, 2015 (EPP 2015). A transparent procedure has been envisaged for allotment of plots through the e-SewaPortal www.hsiidcesewa.org.in. The key features include Geo Referencing of plots, available on www.hsiidc.org.in. The web based Geo referencing facility provides the details of the inventory giving the complete picture of the allotted plots and available plots for applying online. He said that to help the entrepreneurs for selecting the plot the facility of providing distance from prominent locations viz: nearest Airport, Railway station has been made. The entrepreneur gets the complete details of the vacant plot like its location, size, plot number, allotment rate, total cost of the plot, processing fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payable, facility for making payment through payment gateway on click of the mouse. The Geographic Information System also provides the details of the allotted plots giving the name of the allottee, approved project, constitution as well as the size of the plots, he added.
