Hearing on Tarun Tejpal’s anticipatory bail plea today
Tehelka founder Tarun Tejpal failed to get anticipatory bail from the Delhi high court on Tuesday in the sexual assault case which was given a political twist by his lawyers who claimed the Goa CM is “monitoring the case every hour”. The Goa Police lodged an FIR suo motu after the woman journalist’s complaint to the magazine’s managing editor became public.
