“HR Conclave 2017 at GLBIMR- A Huge Success”
GLBIMR successfully organized “HR Conclave 2017 – Leveraging HR for creating Competitive Edge”, on August 05, 2017, Saturday at its Greater Noida campus. Ceremonial Lamp lighting by Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, Vice Chairma, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions, Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR along with the elite guests of plenary session: Mr. Aseem Soni, CEO, Modern Foods Enterprises, Mr. Deepak Bharara, CHRO, Lanco Infratech, Mr. Amol Arora, Vice Chairman & MD, Shemrock Preschool and Shemford Schools and Mr. Ashutosh Mishra, Vice President –HR, Dish TV, marked the inauguration of the highly intellectual event, Mr. Pankaj Agrawal warmly welcomed the guests and extended gratitude for visiting the campus. Dr. Urvashi Makkar emphasized that, the present day workplace belongs to millennials. The generation is expected to comprise 75 percent of the global workforce by 2020, therefore the HR & People Management policies needs to be upgraded & customized accordingly. Recognizing the role of Human Resources as vital in contributing ideas for success and executing companies’ business plans in dynamic organizations of today, the HR Conclave 2017 witnessed some of the countries’ top HR professionals as panelists discussing on “Leadership Agility and Role of HR in Technology & Employee”.
