Hundreds of Farmers stage protest at Greater Noida Authority demanding residential plots

Hundreds of farmers staged a massive protest at Greater Noida Authority on Tuesday afternoon. Initially the farmers protested outside the gates of the authority however soon they moved out to the newly constructed entrance area of the authority building and staged a dharna at the site.

The farmers are demanding that they be given residential plots against their acquired lands.

Farmers carried a national flag and resorted to sloganeering while staging a sit-in inside the campus of Greater Noida authority office.
