Congress party has expressed displeasure over the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill, conversely Congress leader Oscar Fernandes on Friday in New Delhi supported the Centre’s move and said that the I am hoping good outcomes from the GST.

He said that, earlier Dr. Manmohan Singh also suggested to implement GST and UPA also supported the step.

He further said that, we should wait till the July 1, the whole mechanism of GST would be more clear. It’s a complex concept, needs to be examined strongly, he added.
