Incumbent Greater Noida CEO Debasish Panda lists out priorties

1987 batch IAS officer Debasish Panda took charge of Greater Noida authority last week. He was executing duties as principal secretary(home) before being made the CEO of Greater Noida authority. He will also be the resident commissioner of UP in Delhi.

This is going to be his second stint in the GB Nagar district. Between 2003 to 2005 he was also the ACEO of Noida authority.

Debasish Panda has been given presentations by officials of different department.

Listing of his priorities he has said,” From realty sector to finance and farmers, Greater Noida has many issues that require resolution. Grievances be it of farmers, home-buyers or investors will be taken on priority. Debt of authority is also a major cause of concern and required steps will be taken for best results”.

Speaking about his approach towards resolution of major issues Debasish Panda said, “I am going through all documents and information concerning major issues. I will get into details of all issues and would attempt to find an early resolution”.

Talking of his previous stint in the district he said, “Things have changed a lot since I was here last time. The region has developed immensely in last many years”.

On Monday Debasis Panda met a delegation of agitation farmers and also chaired a meeting with DM and SSP.
