Evin Lewis created or equalled with his unbeaten 125 from 62 balls:

Evin Lewis’ unbeaten century lead West Indies to nine wickets win against India in one-off T20. Chasing 191 for victory, the hosts achieved the target with nine balls to spare on a record-breaking day for opener Lewis.

After a steady start in the first three overs, Lewis cut loose in the fourth over where he slammed three boundaries off the bowling of Mohammed Shami and didn’t look back from there. The southpaw didn’t think a second about the big names he was facing and hit at least one six off the bowling of every Indian bowler.

Lewis even made Chris Gayle’s absence in the field negligible with his brutal hitting and launching an onslaught on Indian bowlers. However, he got lucky twice as Shami and Dinesh Karthik put him down during the game.
