Kaushalya World School Sodomy Case: Accused Administrative Assistant Being Probed!

Day after allegations of Nigerian student being sodomized by a school staff inside school premises shocked the people; investigating teams reached Kaushalya World School and conducted inspection. CCTV footage data was seized by the police and will be probed for further investigation.
Administrative Assistant as prime accused, Corridor Leading to Boys Washroom Not Covered by CCTV
The classroom of victim is situated on 2nd floor of the school and the boy’s washroom is situated at the other end of the same floor. As per allegations the boy has been repeatedly sodomized by the accused in boy’s washroom. The accused has been working in the school from more than 5 years. At present the accused worked as the administrative assistant in the school.
The notable things during an inspection of the floor was that while whole area was under CCTV surveillance, the only black spot on the floor was the corridor that connected classrooms to boys washroom and had staff room just next to it. Even the other side of the section that had corridor leading to Girls washroom had a CCTV installed to monitor the movements.
The school has 25 CCTV cameras which have been installed in last 3 years. School claims to have placed order for more cameras earlier this month.
School Extends Complete Cooperation, Demand strictest punishment for Accused if found guilty
The school principal Mukta Mishra extended complete support to police teams investigating the case. She said, “We have nothing to hide and we want truth to be revealed. There was no clue of any such wrongdoings either from the accused or the victim, since before the case was registered. School authorities also got to know about the allegations hours after the accused was taken for interrogation on victim’s mother’s complaint”.
As per the principal the cops have taken accused Ashok Mishra for the interrogation on Monday afternoon around 3:30 PM. Later when the school tried to contact him for to know the purpose of visit in the evening, his cell was found switched off. It was on late Monday night that school authorities got to know about the complaint made against Ashok by the victim’s parents.
Principal Mukta Mishra says, “Soon after learning the gravity of allegations a six member committee was formed to do internal investigations in the school and the accused was immediately suspended from all official positions”.
Kaushalya World School, Greater Noida currently has around 700 students. There are 7 male teaching staff and 6 non-teaching staff working with the school.
Victim Undergoes Medical Examination, Accused Being Interrogated
Police officials claim that a probe is underway in the case and accused is being interrogated. The Medical examination of child has been done at the hospital as per legal requirement. Accused Ashok Mishra’s family stays in Vasundhara Ghaziabad, however he also had a rented accommodation in Greater Noida’s sigma locality.
As per sources the accused has been harassing the child from last three-four years. The alleged sexual assault always took place inside school washrooms and as per available information victim never got in touch with accused outside school premises.
Victims family says that they have full faith in law authorities and they demand a free and fair probe of this incident.
