US President Donald Trump has declared a few days back that United States will pull out of Paris Climate Pact as it is not drafted with United States concerns and needs in mind.

Donald Trump has also accused India of getting billions in grant for being part of this pact.

Today Union Minister for Forest, Environment and Climate Change Dr. Harshvardhan commented on the same and said, “India’s commitment to Environment is not limited to any pact or treaty. Indian values and tradition were always tagged along with environment and we will always remain committed to protect and preserve our surroundings.

He further said, “Environmental concerns are inherent and inbuilt in Indian values. We worship Sun as God, we worship plants as dieties. From our child’s to elders we are all committed to protecting environment and we will keep doing it”.
