Lodhi Garden turns into LODHI #BIRD #SANCTUARY #environment

Lodhi Garden is in the heart of Delhi and has a lake within the Garden that gets water from the treated water of Governments sewage water treatment plant. It was heavily infested with bad odor, mosquitos and dying fishes. But as it was the walk venue of who’s who of Delhi, there were complaints at the top most level, and thus the project was given to us for remediation of the lake.

After remediation, this year Lodhi Garden with a two acre Lake had more birds than the Okhla Bird Sanctuary.
