Manoj Tiwari demands for disqualification of 11 AAP MLA’s. @bjp4delhi @aamaadmiparty

Delhi BJP State President Manoj Tiwari today at press conference said that the Delhi BJP has written to the President of India Pranab Mukherjee drawing his attention towards a application filled before him seeking disqualification of 11 MLA’s of Delhi’s ruling Aam Aadmi Party who have been wrongfully appointed as Co Chairpersons of District Disaster Management Committes invoking office of Profit Provisions Violation and requested the President to forward it to Election Commission of India for speedy time bound disposal.
Manoj Tiwari, said that, under the guidance of a senior BJP leader and former MLA Sahab Singh Chauhan a application has been filled by a RTI activist Vivek Garg.

The law in the matter is very clear and Delhi govt cannot appoint MLA’S as Co Chairpersons of D.D.M.Cs and it is Municipal councilors who are lawfully eligible for this appointment.
