Massive “Kisan Mukti Yatra” with 200 Kisan Organisations will start from Mandsaur on July 6

On completion of a month of shootout on farmers in Mandsaur, Yogendra Yadav on Saturday announced that, about 200 farmers organizations of the country will organize Kisan Mukti Yatra. It will start from Mandsaur on 6th of July, going through Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana and reach Delhi on July 18th. On the way this journey will also be on the historic sites of the farmers movement like Bardoli and Kheda. After reaching Delhi, this march will take the form of a front on Jantar-Mantar.

 

Talking about the campaign, Swaraj Party Chief, Yogendra Yadav, said this campaign will continue until the demands of the debt ceiling and cost of the cost are met.

Earlier, All India Kisan Sangharsh Samiti issued the statement and said that this visit and morcha will be conducted under the aegis of All India Farmers’ Coordination Coordination Committee.

 

With the aim of uniting all the farmers’ movements in the country after the Mandsaur shootout, about 200 farming organizations and co-ordination have been added so far in this platform created in Delhi on June 16.

 

Member of Parliament, Raju Shetty, said, this coordination of the peasant movement across the country is built in a historical watch. The farmer has come down on the rebellion. The unprecedented strike of farmers in Maharashtra and the martyrdom of the farmers of Mandsaur gave a new energy to the Kisan movement. Farmers and their local organizations in the corner of the country are protesting against their basic demands.
