Meet reviews Greater Noida Metro route

The Noida Metro Rail Company held a review meeting of the sanctioned route between Noida and Greater Noida on Friday. NMRC officials said the work on the planned route is expected to start once the tenders for the construction of the track are finalized. Having received the technical bids for the 28-km track earlier this month, financial bids will be finalized within 15 days, officials added.

Thirty companies have put in their bids for the project. “The construction has been divided into three parts. We have received 10 bids each for the three parts,” said an NMRC official. “These bids are being studied and we will open the financial bids in a fortnight,” he added.
