Molestation case against 3 AAP MLAs; Cases against AAP members not new, says Sanjay Singh

Police today registered a case of molestation on three AAP MLAs, Amanatullah, Somnath and Jarnail Singh on complaint of a woman who alleged that she was attacked by the AAP lawmakers.

Reacting to it, AAP leader, Sanjay Singh, while speaking to media gathering said that it shouldn’t surprise anyone if Police or CBI registers any case against AAP leaders. “Modi government has turned CBI department to a street home-guards,” he said.

“It is not a new that that police or CBI is registering a case against our party members, they have done it earlier as well. When courts find our party members innocent, they get themselves disgraced,” Sanjay said.

The woman who has made this complaint, Sanjay said, is the same woman party worker who had attacked and abused him earlier. She was then expelled from the party. “Ever since, she has been ranting cases of manhandling and molestation against senior party members,” he said.
