ACCUSED BHOJRAM @ BHOJRAJ WANTED IN SNATCHING/ROBBERY CASES OF PS BINDAPUR ARRESTED
ACCUSED WAS ALSO DECLARED PROCLAMED OFFENDER IN TWO CASES.
REWARD OF RS 25,000/- WAS DECLARED ON THE ARREST OF ACCUSED PERSON.
ACCUSED WAS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN A MURDER CUM ROBBERY CASE OF PS JAHANGEER PURI AND REMAINED IN JAIL FOR 5 YEARS.

A team of sleuths of Special Staff of South West District, comprising SI Naveen Kumar; SI Ranjeev, ASI Mahabeer, HC Kuldeep, HC Shriom; HC Pawan Kumar; HC Jaivir; Constable Dharmender, Constable Ashok and Ct. Ashwani under the close supervision of Insp. Ramesh Kumar and overall supervision of ACP Balraj Singh Dahiya, arrested a desperate criminal namely Bhojraj @ Bhojram, who was involved in robbery and snatching cases of PS Bindapur. A reward of Rs 25000/- had been declared for his arrest.

Team and operation

On 12.09.2015, an information was received in Special Staff South West District that a desperate criminal namely Bhojram @ Bhojraj who is wanted in cases of Snatching/Robbery of PS Bindapur, a rewardee of Rs. 25,000/- and also a PO, would come near Shamshan Ghat Nangli Dairy, Najafgarh Uttam Nagar Road. On this information a trap was laid and accused Bhojram @ Bhojraj (Age 30 yrs.) S/O Amar Singh R/O A-116 B, Satyam Puram Colony, Jharoda, Najafgarh was arrested vide DD No. 11 dated 12-09.15 Special Staff/SWD U/S 41.1(c) CrPC.

Interrogation:

During sustained interrogation, the culprit confessed that he belongs to a poor family and has studied up to 3^rd class. Due to his aggressive behavior during his teen age he used to have fights with others and involved himself in criminal activities. He wanted to become DADA (area don) of his area. In year 2007 he, alongwith his accomplices had murdered one Mayank by shooting him during a robbery. He was arrested in FIR No. 339/07 U/S 302/392/397/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act and remained in Jail for 5 years. After coming out of the Jail he again started committing snatching and robberies. He kept on changing his residence to escape arrests.
