Noida Authority receives 142 complaints on Grievance Redressal Day, Over 120 remain unresolved
On Thursday, Grievance Redressal Day was organized by Noida Authority at India Gandhi Kala Kendra in Noida. Large number of citizens poured in at the venue to voice their issues.
Senior officials including NA CEO Amit Mohan Prasad were available at Indira Gandhi Kala Kendra to take note of citizens grievances.
Different desks were set up by authority officials to take note of citizen issues at the grievance day.
During the day 142 complaints in total were received by authority officials. Out of these 142 complaints only about 18 complaints can be resolved immediately while time frames have been allotted for others.
Noida Authority already has a full time grievance cell complaints on which can be sent through mail or post or by hand however the last status report of the same which had high backlogs of unresolved complaints hasn’t evoked much hope in the city residents.
