Noida gets First Vodafone Free WiFi Bus Shelter, Here Is All You Need to Know About It!

(1/12/2017) Noida: Vodafone India on Friday launched Noida’s first Free WiFi Bus Shelter for the benefits of Public Transport commuters. The facility will be available at the Bus shelter situated in front of GIP Mall, next to the petrol pump.

Under the present offer, this will be an operator agnostic service being offered by Vodafone in which consumers of any mobile network can take benefit of this service. The free Wi-Fi facility will be available for up-to 20 minutes per day.

The facility was inaugurated by World Boxing Championship 2017 Bronze Winner Gaurav Bidhuri in presence of Vodafone Delhi/NCR Business Head Alok Verma.

Speaking during the launch, Alok Verma, Business Head, Vodafone, Delhi-NCR said, “Vodafone is committed to contributing towards making Noida a Smart City. We are happy to enable citizens across the city to experience world-class Internet services on the go. The WiFi initiative is a step toward “Digital India” and creating networked and connected societies that will help citizens get on the digital highways and stay connected for Good”.

The Free WiFi Bus Shelter at Noida is telecom giants third such Bus Shelter spot in Delhi/NCR with earlier two operational in Gurugram.

Apart from this the Vodafone WiFi hotpsot is also available at 116 major locations in Delhi including market, hospitals etc.
