Noida Women Requests Withdrawal of self-filed Gang Rape and Abduction Complaint, terms it fake!

A woman in her mid thirties who had alleged abduction from footpaths of Golf Course Metro station and has also lodged complaints of Gangrape withdrew her same complaints after declining to undergo medical examination.

As per police the woman who had come to Sector-39 police station at around 2:30 on 23 September and has lodged complaint against two unidentified persons for abduction and rape, went away from the hospital without undergoing medical.

However when police was informed they again traced the complainant and asked her to undergo the medical as per procedure. The woman again refused and gave in written that she do not want to go through the medical examination.

Later she also went to sector-39 police station and requested for to not to take any actions on her complaint as she has filed them wrongfully.

Sources from police department said that there were many loopholes in the complaint from the first moment itself, however even after the complainant has asked for no-action, the complaint will be probed in depth.
