Nursery student Raped: Police Gets CCTV Footage of Man Accused of Raping 3-year-old in Greater Noida!

Great Noida: Greater Noida police successfully recovered a CCTV in a Shocking case in which a three and a half year old girl was allegedly raped by a swimming instructor at school premises of Delhi Public School, Greater Noida.

In that 50 second CCTV footage it is clearly visible that how the accused was following the girl child and also kept om touching her twice in an inappropriate manner. This footage will be prime evidence against the accused.

According to police the accused had assaulted the child around 10:05 am on 12th July in school premises . During the investigation it was also revealed that the accused was indulged in such activity since April. Many of the staff members also had admitted that Chandidas (Accused) was seen near around the victim several times.

During investigation police had also found several irregularities from school administration, like as per the C.B.S.E guidelines school have to backup 45 days of CCTV recording, while the school had only recording of 7 days and most importantly Quality of footage was not up to the mark as zoom-in and zoom –out of cameras are also not working.

Victim statement is yet to be taken and will be conducted by cops wearing civil dress as victim is to young to understand this incident.
