October 2019 deadline for integrated office of Noida Authority

Noida authority which provides roof to others is expected to have its own integrated working space in in sector 96. The upcoming office space for NA is under construction. Currently, officials operate from a single two-storey building in Sector 6. And many of its departments operate from different offices in different sectors which is quite problematic for peoples.

Next year after completion of the project all the offices will be shifted to the new building which is estimated to be complete by October 19. This mega-budget project was started on January 1, 2016, with a deadline of January 2, 2019. However, because of certain reasons there have been delays and project is expected to complete only by end of October 2019.

For now 35 % of the construction has been done and for the work is in progress at rapid pace. This mega structure will have 2 towers of 18 and 8 storey’s costing total of 478 cores. Building will have a total covered area of 40 thousand 428 square meters. Along with the parking space in 1st basement and the 2nd basement with a parking capacity of around 1200 cars at a time.

As per the plan one of the towers will also be rented to government and other agencies to generate revenue while the other tower will incorporate offices of different senior officials and different departments of authority.
