Optiemus launches Blackberry KEYone with power packed DTEK Security feature

Optiemus Infracom Limited on Tuesday unveiled the Blackberry KEYone for Indian customers. The launch also represented Optiemus long term commitment to the make in India initiative, wherein the company will manufacture Blackberry branded devices in the country from September 2017.

Blackberry KEYone offers the best of Blackberry’s Limited’s software and security with DTEK software exclusively for Blackberry customers. KEYone will be available from August 8 at Amazon for a cost of INR 39,900.

Alex Thurber, Senior Vice President of Blackberry Mobility Solutions said that, we have worked closely with the Optiemus to ensure that the Blackberry experience and security are built into ever layer of the device. We are also excited to see our ecosystem of software licensing partners, such as TCL communications and Optiemus, working together to bring locally relevant Blackberry branded smartphones to customers, he added.

 

At it’s core, the device is powered with a Snapdragon 625 2GHz Octa processor. It includes Qualcomm quick charg 3.0 technology with 3505 mAh battery and 12 megapixel Auto Focus rear camera.
