New Delhi: KIran Soni Gupta said that the creative art is the blessing to her and a passion for arts.
A 1985 batch IAS officer Kiran Soni said that the besides painting administration is a great challenge for her.
“It is the administration which inspires me and provides the themes for painting, but the painting always comes after my professional work,” said winner of many national awards.
While in an exclusive interview with TEN NEWS in an exhibition held at India Islamic Cultural Centre, New Delhi here.
She has produced a series of more than three dozen works titled the ‘Harmony’ reflecting various forms of the relationships between man & his environment.
“I started my work in drawings, landscapes, but when I was in Kerala, Tanjore fascinated me a lot where I did lot of work on glass during my stay in South India,” said an artist also organized the “Kala Kumb” through community support in March 2003 that attracted a congregation of 150 artists from all over the country.
According to Soni, Painting is her passion,” it’s part of my life. But it has always come after my work as an officer,” said Soni whose works have been exhibited at different national and international events.
When asked about her favourite painting which she has done recently?
She said that the copy of painting Sun when she recently visited China is her favourite one.
She also said that it’s her love and passion for arts and creativity that she perceive things clearly and in the exact means.
