New Delhi: Patna: Man thrashed and detained by Police yesterday, reportedly after an argument over a traffic violation. Victim’s wife says ‘the issue was a very minor one, the policemen brutally beat up my husband and took him away. I challenge them to reveal the CCTV footage’.
